wir bekommen ja auch immer wieder andere Dinge als Computer - zum Beispiel Sicherheitsschuhe, die Rettungskräfte in der Ukraine, in Kharkiv, dringend gebraucht haben. Russland hat dort Anfang Februar ein wichtiges E-Werk zerstört und dafür gesorgt, dass 300,000 Menschen bei extremer Kälte ohne Strom waren.

I've reached a point where I no longer know how much strength I have left. Every day is heavier than the last, and I wake up wondering how I'll ever get through another.

I feel utterly exhausted. My mind is consumed by constant worry; even the simplest thoughts become difficult. Every day is filled with impossible choices, but none of them bring me peace. I carry responsibilities beyond what any human being could bear.

I'm 33. These years of war, displacement, fear, and loss have aged me decades. I've seen my life change in ways I never imagined, and I've endured pain beyond what I thought any human heart could bear.

Sometimes I look at myself and wonder how I'm still going. I don't feel strong; I just keep going because my children still need me, even on the days when I feel I have nothing left to give.
