Some were age restricted, some had security tags, all needed staff
Waited at tills. I went forward & was asked if I was paying by cash or card
I replied card & was told I had to use self checkout; she wouldn't serve me at till

Less than half of rural hospitals in the U.S. offer labor and delivery care and hundreds more may end services due to financial challenges, according to a report from the policy firm Center for Healthcare Quality and Payment Reform. 200 have closed labor and delivery centers in the last 10 years.
