People receive these services from the same care teams. If he had any real desire to change things it would materialize as prosecution of the executives and boards operating regional #corporations facing real decades long jail sentances. You know, like car theifs and mid-level pharma-reps (drug dealers).
These bastards make structural decisions that incentivise corner cutting. Work quotas, unatainablele goals followed up by layofs. Then inevitably executives reap a windfall defrauding the government while charge nurses and low level managers get put on the rack for it. Board faces no accountability. Rinse repeat.

Just a reminder that #capitalism does not equal #freemarket. #China dumped a ton of startup money into a lot of companies, assuming that 95% would fail. Those 5% went on to make billions in a free market with a ton of healthy competition. Norway also holds a majority share in all of its companies. Now the government owns a majority stake, and all profits go directly back to taxpayers. The best rise to the top, and the rest die, like free markets are supposed to work. Meanwhile, in the land of the free, we dump tons of #subsidies into giant #corporations that make enough money to lobby politicians for it, and we get no profits back from our taxes. We give around $1T a year, or 1/4th of our yearly spending on corporate subsidies, and never see a dime back from it as they continue to dodge taxes. Capitalism is about who owns the means of production, and it's never the taxpayers or the workers. -

BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) — "Louisiana’s #GOP-dominated legislature passed tax cuts on personal and corporate income on Friday in exchange for a statewide sales tax increase, giving Gov. Jeff Landry much of what he wanted after his original tax reform package faced mounting resistance from lawmakers and lobbyists."The final passage of the tax measures wrapped up a special legislative session launched Nov. 6 by the governor and his allies. They said their purpose was to make the state’s tax code more business friendly, create jobs and reverse trends of outward migration from the state. It was the third special legislative session called by Landry, a Republican, since he assumed office in January.
"Critics warned the tax reforms would primarily benefit corporate #shareholders and #wealthy taxpayers while the sales tax increase would exacerbate Louisiana’s regressive tax system where #poorer households pay a higher percentage of their income on taxes."

We are used to hearing reference to #MSM, meaning Main Stream #Media. I suggest we instead use RCM, meaning Ruling Class Media. This, I believe, more accurately describes the reality that all major/mainstream #news outlets are, in fact, owned and governed by #billionaires and large #corporations.
And as such, the RCM will never speak ill of one of their favorite sons unless doing so increases #profits. Thus, #Kissinger will be praised, just as he always has been, by the #RCM.
