Twice a year or so (approx every 400-500miles) I get new running shoes. This time around I’ve opted for a pair of Altra FWD Experience.
30km in and the new shoes are feeling great!
You don’t need lots of fancy kit to go running but a good pair of trainers can make a whole heap of difference!

This view across the #Solent is only a few minutes walk from home.
Taken by my husband from the #IsleofWight you can see #Portmouth across the water with the #SpinnakerTower illuminated. The Tower is often lit in varying colours so you never know what to expect each evening!
This old jetty got damaged in a storm and has recently been rebuilt.

Mater Oh-B-Joyful Riley was the daughter of a non-conformist minister in Derry. She ran away at an early agev& made her way to Roslin, #IsleOfWight .
She was known for her skill as a healer, midwife & especially for her depth of #cunning. She always said her skill was gifted by the #Elvish .
Mysteriously she suddenly disappeared one foggy evening and was never seen again. People say the Somewhen came & took her to live forever with her beloved elves
