FOI: 'revealed that local authorities in #Essex, #Kent, #Sussex, #Surrey, #Oxfordshire, #Hampshire and the #IsleOfWight #councils have set aside £11.22m for 2025/26 to fund the move, with £1.05m having been spent on LGR costs in 2024/25.'

This view across the #Solent is only a few minutes walk from home.
Taken by my husband from the #IsleofWight you can see #Portmouth across the water with the #SpinnakerTower illuminated. The Tower is often lit in varying colours so you never know what to expect each evening!
This old jetty got damaged in a storm and has recently been rebuilt.
