If you can’t find a bin, take it home with you. Alternatively, store it in that cavity where most people keep their brain.

A lazy KFC customer decided to fling their litter out of their car window on a country lane despite passing a litter bin!?
Come on Fast Food outlets, start printing the names or car registration numbers of customers on packaging to discourage people from littering!

#Friday gets it’s name from the #AngloSaxon #Goddess Frīg (Pronounced Free-ya, with a rolling r). She was the Devine queen, the Devine Feminine, Wife of Ƿōden (#Woden pronounced Whooden).
Island #folklore says that #Brading (below) was the site of worship for Frīg, and after the defeat of #Arwald, the last #Pagan king, the land was reconsecrated for Mary, and made the the mother church of the #IsleOfWight

Today is #Thursday which gets its name from the old #AngloSaxon god #Thunor (#Thor to the #Norse).
The old village of Thorley on the #IsleofWight is known as Thunor's Clearing in the Woods or Thunor's Grove.
The old church of St Swithin's was built beside the grove, but not within. The sacred grove lays undisturbed so as not to anger the old storm god, lest he raise the church to the ground.
