Zelle has got to be the most moronic, user-unfriendly pile of turd I've tried to use in a long time.
It apparently never occurred to these ridiculous dimwits that people might use multiple banks that they'd want to connect with Zelle, yet they won't have multiple phone numbers in order to use a different phone number for each bank.
All manner of problems arise when you want to receive money because they didn't think this through.
About what you'd expect from the finance sector, though, which still behaves like it's 100 years ago.
