I'm not a lawyer, but I'm pretty sure that stealing secret data from customers and deceiving investors are crimes in several jurisdictions.
This is not just marketing hype, is fraud at global scale.
The first lie is to say AI "thinks" or "hallucinates", upon that a pile of lies come next: either solving big problems or creating novel genetic sequences.
