Theo đó, toàn bộ phần đường dành cho xe thô sơ hướng từ phường Bồ Đề (Long Biên) sang phường Hoàn Kiếm sẽ bị cấm, nhưng thời điểm thực hiện được điều chỉnh muộn hơn so với kế hoạch ban đầu. Việc cấm phương tiện nhằm đảm bảo an toàn trong quá trình thi công. Cập nhật mới giúp người dân và phương tiện chủ động điều chỉnh lộ trình.

Hà Nội: Một vụ tai nạn nghiêm trọng đã xảy ra tại ngõ Văn Chương (phường Văn Miếu) khi một đôi nam nữ đi ngang qua một ngôi nhà đang được tháo dỡ.
