As the #banks continue their relentless programme of closing branches, limiting the number of #ATMs & thereby pushing more & more people into #onlinebanking... AgeUK has found that around a third of over-65s are 'uncomfortable' using online banking.
The solution of #bankinghubs is faltering as the big banks are not driving forward with such community provision.
Certainly the banks may see such potential exclusion of the elderly as a small issue, but for the concerned this is a serious problem!
