This morning I spent some time pulling up the forget-me-nots which had gone over in this flower bed (although they're still flowering well on the shadier side of the garden) but as you can see there's still plenty of colourful flowers brightening up the garden 🙂

I can’t claim full credit for this! The first sweet pea is flowering but it’s self-sown from a seed that dropped last year. Those I’ve sown are still only inches high.
Still, I’ll take it. Who cares how it arrived in the garden. It’s a taste of summer even though the weather has other ideas.
