Yesterday, I got the flu and covid vaccines. This batch knocked me out, and I slept over 15 hours that night. I'm still sleepy and not quite mentally present. Very glad to only have the vaccine and not the full disease.
So, for today's #inkyDays drawing, I'm going with something super simple, and not even attempting to think about the #SciArtSeptember challenge. Perhaps I'll be doing better tomorrow.

Today's #SciArtSeptember prompt is "Fractal". So I went with a simple branching fractal for today's #inkyDays drawing.

Today's #SciArtSeptember prompt is "Orbit". It got me thinking about atomic orbitals (where electrons tend to hang out), and how they give atoms shapes. So I went with an abstract drawing of water molecules in a liquid state.
Also, I made progress with my screen printing experiments. The new ink works great!

I woke up super early this morning, the one year anniversary of the Cancer surgery that saved my life. Also, apparently, today is #WorldPenguinDay. So, I drew penguins holding up protest signs that read "ffck cancer" and "ffck fascists" for today's #inkyDays drawing.
