Not much done so far today, mowed the lawn and fed m'self. I will need to clean up the kitchen before it gets classified as a Superfund site.
Ordered internet from AT&T, a replacement for my Verizon 5G, the big step towards cutting costs. We had Verizon everything, even some TV services through them, but with my husband's passing, I've been looking at alternatives. For the last few months I've been using his number on Tello as a test, since I use a lot data there, and it has to be reliable, and its been just that and cheap. Once the new net is in place, I'll transfer my personal number over and retire his, and cancel everything Verizon.
Oh, and as you can see from the pic, I've moved my watch back to my left wrist. Sometimes the metal buckles make my wrist break out, but this doesn't have any, so it should be fine. It is however a bit loose on this wrist, so I guess I'll have to order medium (155mm) for my left and stay with large (165mm) for the right.
All that's left is to set things up with the AC company.

Last night about an hour before bed I turned off my phone.
Its funny how many times you (at least me) mindlessly check it. After a while the need for it slowly slows and then theres this weird sense of.. I dunno how to describe it..freedom? Like not wearing a car seatbelt.. like some invisible cage is lifted.. weird. In a good way.
I might start doin that more.

Several African countries that rely heavily on imported fuel have reported price spikes and supply disruptions, prompting governments and companies to reassess energy strategies.

FYI: Samsung is discontinuing its Messages app, and people are having to migrate to Google Messages, which uses considerably more storage (from 185 MB to 31 GB in my case).
This maxed out my storage, and I had to do some rushed cleaning just to get functionality.
Be sure you have at least 40 GB of free storage before migrating from Samsung Messages to Google Messages.

Nowości z krainy gruzu. Prezentowana wcześniej Nokia 1110 dostała nową obudowę od 2310 - przypadkiem przeczytałem, że pasują, a w zamawianej za bezcen ostatniej paczce martwiaków trafiła się taka oto niebieska w ładnym stanie. Dużo bardziej mi się podoba niż oryginalny szary plastik.
Dawca jest częściowo martwy, jakieś oznaki życia daje, ale ma problem z ekranem. Nie zależało mi na tym modelu, więc nie będę się nim zajmował.
I przypadkiem, nawet niedawno po tym, jak pisałem o komórkach na baterie paluszki, dorwałem za kolejny bezcen Alcatela One Touch Max (wspominałem wtedy, że OT w ogóle są rzadkie i albo pierońsko drogie, albo zgruzowane ponad sens naprawy). A tu proszę.
Niestety, bateria się wylała i kwas zeżarł jeden styk od zasilania. Akurat TEN, który miał znaczenie przy zasilaniu paluszkami. Gniazda nie dało się wylutować ani wyjąć, więc cały wczorajszy wieczór dokonywałem cudów zręczności, usiłując dosztukować brakujący styk z kawałka taniej sondy od multimetru i nóżki od opornika i polutować to z kikutem styku na płytce.
Ale w końcu się udało i sposób, w jaki zostałem powitany, wynagrodził mi cały trud :D Możecie go zobaczyć na zdjęciu.
Niestety, jest problem. Telefon ma simlock na czeską sieć. Ściągnięcie go po 27 latach od daty produkcji jest niemożliwe, nie ma już ani kabli do połączenia z PC, ani software'u (do Nokii się jeszcze znajdzie). Chyba najprościej będzie kupić czeską kartę na alledrogo i doładowywać co jakiś czas, nie planuję go jakoś bardzo intensywnie używać.
