This tiny cucumber spider (Arianella) lives on a leaf in my garden. At around 2.5mm my 60mm lens really struggles, so I have made the jump to the 90mm macro lens.
Physics being physics, gain goes with cost. There is some improvement here but a spider is deep and boxy, so the loss in depth of field is very unhelpful.
