not a member, but a long standing donor, I'm absolutely for licenses for preserving (human) life on earth - there's no #freedom without a #planet.

Write a motion to the general meeting or the board of directors, requesting that it be distributed to the members.

And not being easily enforceable didn't hinder 'thou shalt not kill' from being a sensible rule.
