Experimenting with incorporating text in today's #inkyDays drawing. I'll have to play with this more, to get it to a place I like. I do these daily drawings in one sitting, without waiting for it to dry before working on them more. That makes adding text to these tricky. I'll probably experiment more on pieces I spend more time on. Maybe.

I'm checking PixiEditor and it's doing much better than a couple of years ago.

Drawing with vectors right next to Pixel Art, next to regular image editing is wild, and I haven't even tried the procedural art yet.

Also, the No AI stance right there in the site's home screen 👌 That's what I want to see.

I've been doing these daily #inkyDays drawings for a long time. Currently in my 9th year, of drawing every day and sharing it online.

I keep thinking that I should do something special for getting to 10 years. So, I've started scanning all of them. Yeah, it's gonna take me a long time.

But today, I scanned my very first version of my 'comforting floral' pattern. Back in 2018.

Today's doodle (another coded poem)

I used min, so I'll count it for the min/max codepen challenge this week.

I started playing with the negative space left by the min/max of the curves, and then let my stream of conscious coding flow and poetry form through iteration line-by-line.

I really like the new codePen 2.0 editor and used their lemonChiffon starting color as my starting point - which was blank.

Next step in my simple look-ahead agent force R&D for Tooll3, written in HLSL as a compute shader.
This one is looking ahead and a bit to the left and right and determines where to go based on where it is brightest.
For that, I feed the resulting rendered frame back into the force.
