𝑭𝒓𝒐𝒎 𝑾𝒂𝒚𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒅𝒔: "𝑴𝒂𝒕𝒄𝒉 (1977)" -

I stumbled upon this story recently that I had written nearly 50 years ago, at maybe age 13 or 14. A stumbling effort at grit and allegory, it somehow still feels socially and politically relevant. In embarrassment and nostalgia, I share.

I'm wondering if one of the #HongSisters ever had to struggle with #ADHD... ? Because #AlchemyOfSouls is the best #allegory for ADAH ever! Of course in the character of #JangUk. (#kdrama)

- Mu-deok / Nak-su is often frustrated with him as pupil, because he is unable to concentrate
- he is very easily distracted
- when criticized, he completely locked down
- when praised, he thrives
- when Mudeok loosens the reins of coaching, he immediately becomes "lazy" again
- and so on...

- he "got" it from his father (closed energy portal)
- all the people around him think he is lazy
- he is starting things but cant end them (he had 12 masters, but left all of them)
