When you label yourself as "gay" but rule out anything with a #trans man who doesn't have a penis, you are technically not #homosexual or androsexual but phallussexual. Being phallussexual is not a problem but a preference and this needs to be communicated properly.
Well, if you rule out anything with a trans man who has a penis, you might have certain preferences that trans men you met so far have not fulfilled, but it's likely that you are just transphobic.

Trump Administration Trashes Biden-Era LGBTQ Foster Care Rule
Remember a few years ago when the administration of failed US President Joe Biden came up with a foster care rule that sought to require children who identify as LGBTQ be placed with families willing to accept them through gender identity? That outrageous rule was never implemented but the Trump administration formally eliminated it which is good for the United States, according to a news report by Newsmax.
To put things in perspective, posted below is the excerpt of the Newsmax report. Some parts in boldface…
The Trump administration on Tuesday formally eliminated a Biden-era foster care rule that sought to require children who identify as LGBTQ be placed with families willing to affirm their stated gender identity or sexual orientation.
The Department of Health and Human Services’ Administration for Children and Families (ACF) removed the April 2024 regulation from the Code of Federal Regulations, saying the move will provide clarity and help recruit more foster families nationwide.
The rule never took effect after it was struck down by the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, but the administration said removing it entirely closes the door on the policy.
Assistant HHS Secretary Alex Adams told The Daily Wire the decision reflects the administration’s belief that more families should feel welcome to foster children.
“The message that we think it sends is that all families are welcome,” Adams said. “We have too few foster families nationally. We must roll out the red carpet, and we must ensure that there’s homes waiting on kids, not kids waiting on homes.”
The Biden administration’s rule directed federally funded child welfare agencies to ensure that children who “self-identify with an alternative sexual orientation or self-identify as something other than their sex in foster care” were placed with families that would affirm those identities.
The Trump administration said rescinding the regulation supports first lady Melania Trump’s “Fostering the Future” initiative and a related executive order calling for a government-wide effort to strengthen the nation’s foster care system.
Adams said the administration has also launched its “Home for Every Child” campaign to increase the number of foster homes available for children entering the system.
“Nationally, we have a shortage,” Adams said. “We only have 57 homes for every 100 kids coming in, so we can and must do better to ensure that there’s enough homes for kids because when there’s not enough homes, kids end up in short-term rentals, hotels, government office spaces, etc.”
Adams said families with strong religious beliefs and moral convictions make up a large share of those willing to foster children, making it critical that the federal government not discourage them from participating.

Under an expanded #Florida rule, instruction on #GenderIdentity & #SexualOrientation is now restricted in most cases through 12th grade. The #FloridaDepartmentOfEducation had asked the #CollegeBoard & other providers of advanced, college-level courses to search their offerings for potential violations.
But the College Board said that it would not modify its content, & that any course that did not address gender & sexual orientation should not be labeled “#AdvancedPlacement.”

The 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals (#5thCircuit) #overturned a #lower #court's #ruling that the company, #BraidwoodManagement, and the church, #BearCreekCommunityChurch, #violated #TitleVII of the #CivilRightsAct of 1964 by #discriminating #against LGBTQ workers.
The #court determined that the two entities are not mandated to abide by #federal #discrimination law because they are #religious #organizations. The court's opinion said that Braidwood Management follows the belief among some Christians that "marriage is between one man and one woman."
The ruling is a #setback for #LGBTQRights advocates, who had hoped that the 5th Circuit would follow the lead of the Supreme Court (#SCOTUS), which ruled in 2020 that Title VII protects LGBTQ workers from discrimination. The College Board has rejected changing a high school Advanced Placement psychology course’s lessons on gender and sexual orientation, in a direct challenge to Florida Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis’ administration that could reignite conflict between the education giant and the presidential hopeful.
Florida school districts had raised questions about an AP Psychology “learning objective” that covers gender and sexual orientation, the College Board acknowledged Thursday, after the DeSantis administration expanded restrictions and regulations on classroom instruction in April.

It is unclear whether Florida will now block the AP psychology course from classrooms, the College Board told educators.
“Please know that we will not modify our courses to accommodate restrictions on teaching essential, college-level topics,” the board said Thursday in a letter... “Doing so would break the fundamental promise of AP: colleges wouldn’t broadly accept that course for credit and that course wouldn’t prepare students for success in the discipline.”

On May 19, Florida’s education department pressed the College Board to review all of its courses to determine if any “need modification to ensure compliance” with Florida laws and regulations by this week. “Some courses may contain content or topics prohibited by State Board of Education rule and Florida law,” the state wrote to the board in a letter obtained by POLITICO.
The College Board retorted that its psychology lessons should remain unchanged, signaling a shift in how it will address Florida’s legal demands following this year’s battle over its proposed African American Studies course.
“The learning objective within AP Psychology that covers gender and sexual orientation has specifically been raised by some Florida districts relative to these recent regulations,” the board wrote to Florida officials. “That learning objective must remain a required topic, just as it has been in Florida since the launch of AP Psychology more than 30 years ago.”
Cassie Palelis, press secretary for the Florida Department of Education, said Thursday that the College Board is responsible for ensuring that their submitted materials comply with Florida law.
“We applaud the College Board for standing up to the state of Florida and its unconscionable demand to censor an educational curriculum and test that were designed by college faculty and experienced AP teachers who ensure that the course and exam reflect the state of the science and college-level expectations,” American Psychological Association CEO Arthur Evans Jr. said in a statement.
Florida’s objections to the AP African American studies course angered many Black leaders nationwide...
“We don’t know if the state of Florida will ban this course,” the College Board said of AP Psychology in a message to educators and schools. “To AP teachers in Florida, we are heartbroken by the possibility of Florida students being denied the opportunity to participate in this or any other AP course.”
The College Board also had a message for all educators: “Please know we will not modify any of the 40 AP courses — from art to history to science — in response to regulations that would censor college-level standards for credit, placement, and career readiness,” the board said. “We are resolute in this position, in part, because of what we learned from our mistakes in the recent rollout of AP African American Studies.
Florida is creating its own high-level courses and exams to rival the nationally recognized AP courses. State lawmakers earlier this year agreed to spend a combined $2.8 million developing a homegrown program and, in another challenge to the College Board, paved the way for students to use the Classic Learning Test, or CLT, as an alternative to the SAT and ACT.
