Photo: mineThis week has been a little weird, but not bad. My incisions from the scalp surgery are healing, and I'll get the stitches out in a few days. It's been pretty amazing how little pain I've had. I was skeptical of not getting pain meds, and being told to take Tylenol, but it's been fine. I haven't even taken Tylenol past the 2nd or 3rd day post-op. I am so tired. My sleep is fucked for my course so I know I'll be tired AF, whatever times I sleep and wake, unless I get randomly lucky, which is possible.
It's annoying but otherwise fine. The DWP looms with their "make young people with symptoms work" bullshit, but the blade's not fallen yet.With any luck, I can get work as an off-hours therapist. Like crisis lines, night shift standby, or similarly flaky clients who check my daily / weekly schedule forecast and call me up during my projected online-office hours.
