Some guy – a firm believer in the keto diet, who is also a giant charlatan – set out for a study to prove once and for all that conventional medical wisdom is outdated and that the ketogenic diet doesn't cause plaque in your arteries.
When he found that the keto diet in fact increased plaque worse than diabetes or obesity, on average by 42% within a year when he expected 0%, he omitted that information from his study.
If you don't want to die from a heart attack in ten years, please don't follow the ketogenic diet.

There was company that I used to work for that had an HR person who was working on becoming a life coach. She would have life coaching sessions with other employees that were "completely confidential". (She completely ignored the power imbalance that someone in hr has over regular staff.) She seemed kind, genuine and woke. She had this idea to focus on mental health and well-being across the company, so she started sending out #JordanPeterson videos to promote "men's mental health". I called her out on the videos and brought receipts of Jordan Peterson's bigotry, chauvinism and fascism, and she basically responded "I don't see any issues with it." Is this stuff really impossible to see unless you're 11 layers deep in Internet muck?
