On Saturday, July 25, this private business jet left Colorado, for #Ottawa. On Monday morning it flew over Ottawa. It attracted my attention because of its low flight path and the odd angle it was flying over our house. After flying over Ottawa several times, the C- FPRM flew towards Smith Falls airport. It apparently can land on grass and dirt. After approaches in Smith Falls, it flew to Kars - Rideau Valley Airpark, did an approach there and then returned to Ottawa, where it landed. #ottcity

Summer heat caps on multi-residential buildings and retrofitting existing rental units with heat pumps in service of same
Renewal of the urban canopy with native tree species
An up-to-date municipal building code that requires all new builds to include effective, functional heat pumps for all units
Revitalizing public transit in areas not directly served by the former Transit Way system
Increasing safe, year-round biking infrastructure in your Ward (or all Wards) -

We've been passing by this little hole-in-the-wall place every time we go to Parkdale market and finally we tried them last week.

A guilty plea, a no-show, rescheduled for convenience and discharged of assault charges. After a Swiss man came to #Ottawa and struck a Palestinian woman on video at a weapons fair, he only has to pay $5000.

one great attraction is the waterfall. more of a trickle in the summer but apparently this is full-blown in the spring. if you follow the trail up the hill (mountain?) you will encounter the stream that feeds the waterfall several times and even have to cross it once or twice.

it is a somewhat challenging trail, with steep inclines at times and a rocky path. You don't need any special equipment though, other than hiking boots.
