I've taken the first baby-step toward getting a new pair of #inline #skates.

I mean the easy thing to do would be to buy a pair of skates, but I can't do it the easy way. I want to buy skate components and put together my own skates "eventually."

So I've picked out what frame I want, and, while I haven't ordered the frame, I've ordered aluminum axles and frame locks designed for it. Next will be the frame when it fits my budget.

My new skates. I can't offer any rational explanation of why I felt the need to acquire these today, but I'm glad I did.

Our beautiful "Skate Angel" returns today with another favorite image from our recent shoot. Nikola truly owned the space in front of the camera on this day, and you can see it in her eyes here.

Another image from our Skate Angel shoot with Nikola, this time with some added "crunch" and false color grading for an edgy vibe. Yes, it has a bit of a "processed" look, and that's exactly what I was going for here :)

Came back from another session of #inlineskating . So enjoy some more pictures of the #Dutch #countryside. Since yesterday was more about the vibe of the surrounding, today the #animals are #inthepicture.

Note: 2 pictures are from yesterday, as I had a lot and could only upload 4 at a time.

The skates where a great idea! Spend 1,5 hour on them today.

It takes some getting used to, but I picked it back up again quite quick. Still. I need a bit more practice till I'm going full speed feet over feet around the corners and making instant stops again. Luckily, it's calm here 😅.

Also, I had so many pretty pictures of the countryside, the sheeps, the goats, pony's, and more. But I'm only allowed to post 4 at a time 🥹.

Now that I live in a village with calm roads again, I decided to pick back up an exercise I used to do as a teen. So today I picked up these inline skates.
