I'm one of the few people who want #rain for the #bankholiday. Relatively new #villagers play bang bang #music outside all day from when they get up. Before they arrived last summer we could listen to #bird song, #cows and #sheep (part of living here, we thought & it was for the first 16 years). They are 3 houses away & it's still really loud (& repetitive). Not the sort we'd like to start a #dispute with but #outdoors with earplugs isn't the same.
