I edited the joy of painting mod to have bigger canvases!!! 48 pixel in the max width/height.
After some suffering with gradle and trying to understand the code. Have some missing textures and alignment of stuff to deal with.
It's also for 1.20.1 because that's what cobblemon uses lol.

Guess what? If your phone runs mainline #Linux, you can just play #Minecraft Java Edition on it. This is a Oneplus 8T running #PostmarketOS and Minecraft runs at a stable 25 FPS with 16 chunks render distance.
Some folks in the sm8250-mainline matrix channel and I have been working on getting this phone mainlined and so far we have a lot working. These changes are not merged into PostmarketOS yet but that is something I intend to do soon.
This video was also shot on PostmarketOS so this is a end-to-end Linux video production.

@csepp Short tap is right click, long tap is left click. Eating stuff is tricky, short tap moves the dish to the mouth, but you need a second tap plus holding it down so the whole dish is eaten. The new #voxelibre version should improve this somehow, but did not try it yet. Shift is the Aux1 on-screen button.
My kids learned #luanti on a touchscreen first, then #minecraft with a mouse later, that is also a difficult learning curve. :D

Was gonna play #Minecraft with partner and her nephew, but she didn't have a license, so we tried #Luanti instead. It ended up being a great choice, we had a lot of fun on a public skyblock server. :neofox_uwu:
Phone support could be better though, we couldn't figure out what the equivalent of <shift> is, nor how to right click on items. Still, the kid liked it, so the experiment was a success. :moomin_yay:

Playing #Minecraft with @FlintlockeBee and I'm incredibly happy. I'm teaching him the basics and we've done a lot of improvement to our shared homestead, including a complete wall with a parapet, gates, livestock pens, crops, a map building, an enchanting room, a house to sleep in, a storage warehouse, and even a smithy! It's so much fun just to do the basics.
