  1. Here in #Canberra, a city of nearly 490,000, we’ve had ONE confirmed case of #measles. The #health department issued a press release and everything, in case patient zero inadvertently infected others.

    When I was a kid, measles was a common childhood hazard. Everyone knew someone who caught it. Now, even a single case is unusual enough to warrant a press release.

    #Immunisation works. We are KILLING it, folks.

    Vax info: “only 13.4 per cent of Australians over 75 have had a booster in the last six months…
    “Professor Collignon …stressed that vaccine protection is short-lived.
    "A booster only gives strong protection for about six months," he said.
    Current advice from the Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation (ATAGI), (February 2026): Australians aged 75+ are advised to receive a COVID-19 booster every six months; those aged 65 to 74 are recommended to get one every 12 months, but are eligible every six months if they choose.
