This is an expectedly stupid move by #Trump's #FCC. I can compare my workplace speed (2.5 Gbps, and ours is a *slow* building, much of the University at 10 and 25) to my rural experience of a recently more dependable 2 to 4Mbps. We can stream 240p or 320p video at home:-/
My Internet at work, again a "slow building" at UCSD, could stream ~ 100 4K movies. Many urban people with fiber at home could easily do 20 4K streams.
