    But in the USA they will now reverse the trend. As the article says: child mortality is now such an 'uncommon experience that people have forgotten and want to ban vaccines.'

    The USA will see many more children and parents suffering.

"Cultural historian Clair Wills has a family connection with Bessborough Mother and Baby Home in Cork, which by 1934 had the highest recorded infant mortality rate among all of Ireland’s mother and baby homes. “During 1943, three out of every four children born in Bessborough died – a mortality rate of 75%,” reported the BBC.

    Her cousin, Mary, who was born there in January 1955, was one of the lucky ones who survived – but throughout her upbringing remained outcast from her entire extended family. After growing up in an orphanage, Mary met her own tragic end as an adult. The failures of past generations were reproduced in her experiences."

Whilst researching for a client over the weekend came across one of their ancestors who accordingly to 1911 census had 13 of which 10 were no longer alive, so far I have discovered 8 of the 13, including those who survived. Two of the deceased children were never named a both birth and death register entries only give surname. Such a tragic story to tell my client.

    International Institute for Population Sciences Director KS James had reportedly been asked to quit as the government had reservations about some data sets.
