I’ve seen the allergist for atleast a decade. Despite him having me on two nasal sprays not once has he told me there’s a right way to use them. It took a very thorough urgentcare doc to teach me this and other things today.

When I catch a cold, I will most likely also end up with a raging, painful sinus infection that only a 10-day course of antibiotics will kick. Even then, I might relapse & end up sick for a total of 6 weeks.

It's a BUMMER.

#DeviatedSeptum doesn't help.

So I'm always curious about preventatives, hence my question about #ProvidoneIodine #NasalSpray.
