Poked vaccine 💉 💉 arm is a little tender today but not too bad. Lying on it last night wasn’t great.
I am still getting used to the fact we have access to all our health records online.
It’s really cool to be able to see everything from yesterday’s jabs to an X-ray report (though no actual image), to general doc visits and prescriptions going all the way back to 2003. Some Dr notes are visible in reports, but not much.
Oct 21 is the earliest I’ve got a flu or COVID shot since 2022 when I got COVID jabbed on Oct 15 and Flu on the 24th.
The first entries are actually HepB and Tetanus shots I got before backpacking around Europe in summer 2003.

Booked my covid/flu vaccination last night - contemplating riding my bike to the appointment, even though it will be dark. It's mostly on protected bike lanes, so I think I'll do it.
Plus, I'll get to try @EsquimaltBC's newest bike lane!

I realize I’m yelling into the void here but for the love of god people, GET VACCINATED. All of them. Always.
You don't know who you'd be saving... including potentially this newborn who got it from their mother, who was unvaccinated for reasons unknown and got it from ?
If Ontario, and Canada, had a fully vaccinated (for all who can take the vaccine) population, this newborn would not have had measles *the day it was born*.

Measles was *eradicated* from Canada in 1998 thanks to strong vaccination programs over 30 years.
Now vaccinations are way down (covering all types of illnesses) and here we are... Measles is back in a big way.

I was completely spent yesterday. The vaccinations on Wednesday afternoon knocked me out. Went to bed and directly to sleep at 9PM!
That said, I had a good sleep last night. And today I feel good!

I wish i had taken an NSAID before bed last night because I think that would have helped me sleep better; I think most of the reason i feel like crap today is bc of terrible sleep quality last night.
