My 2nd visit to the legendary open-air gym on the Dnipro River in Kyiv, where every piece of equipment is built from scrap metal. 🛠️

🌅🇺🇦 Early morning on Day 2 of volunteering. I started the day right on the Dnipro River with a return visit to the legendary Kachalka open-air gym (Sirius) in #Kyiv—complete with a morning greeting from the local coaches: a kitty and doggy. 🐕🐈

💪🏾As a #fitness professional 21 years in the industry, seeing this space—built right by the water from salvaged materials by the community, for the community—is deeply inspiring.

📌It's a reminder that keeping the body moving is just as vital for mental

🇺🇦 Final Day in #Kharkiv: Goodbye to My Ukrainian Druzi (friends) ❤️

Today was my last day volunteering with Chervona Kalyna, and I donated genuine CAT 7 tourniquets I brought from the U.S. — small tools that save lives.

🥪Before leaving, Liudmyla Katkova, head of the foundation, and my Ukrainian druzi (friends) insisted I take a lunch for the bus ride to Kyiv.

🌻Grateful for their kindness, strength, and friendship. I’ll miss everyone and continue supporting from home.

🚌After the bus trip from #Odesa, I waited at the bus station for about an hour trying to figure out a taxi. Finally, I did what I should have done sooner — I asked a local Ukrainian for help.

🙏🏽He was patient, kind, and got me to my housing without hesitation.
