  1. Today’s #Cardio #workout tshirt brought to you today by #wget , remember kids wget is not a crime (just a tool to help commit it on occasion! )

  2. I've increased either the weight or sets on some of the exercises I do at the gym. I am doing it slowly as I don't want to injure myself, but so far it's going well. Legs and knees feel less fragile especially!

  3. I’m @ the Gym, so will reply to messages when I’m done here! #Gym #EngageTheCore

  4. workout day today. Arms still hurting from 2 days ago, thought i was going light but not light enough i guess. Gotta remember low weight more reps. hard to lift stuff to my face with my left arm and it’s funny :)

Today was more core and legs. It’s been 6-7 years since i was last in the gym and i completely forgot about walking down stairs after leg workout .. this grandpa definitely held the railing going down.

  5. One advantage of working out at home is that after a set of heavy deadlifts or something, I can go lie in bed for 60 seconds flat on my back—super comfy #gym #weightlifting

  6. #Gym ! I'm pretty confident that I'm back to french sets on legs (except for squats, which I'm hoping to get back to four sets next week) chest and arms are continuing to kick my ass though, but I'm up to 3 sets till failure on them. Looking forward to getting my endurance back to where it was, but pushing some clean weight on legs at least! Should hit 200lbs on leg press next week :3

  7. Suddenly found that my legs are stronger. I was doing 3 sets of 50kg leg presses at the gym, and it felt very easy. So, I did 5 sets of the same weight.

Would it be better to increase the weight and stick to the 3 sets? #Gym #LegPress #Wellbeing

  8. 🧐 Did you know that after 50, slowing down muscle loss is about building functional strength and dynamic balance?

🗣️ Incorporating non-traditional movements like the Half-Kneeling Unilateral Lift & Press helps manage sarcopenia (age-related muscle decline) by engaging stabilizer muscles traditional lifts miss.

    Key benefits:
✅ Enhances deep core and hip stability
✅ Protects the spine while handling asymmetrical weight

💪🏾 There are many variations to accommodate all ages and abilities.

  9. Morning! Afternoon off today so at my desk, squeezing in a few things before lunch!

Off to the gym for a family workout session later though... which will be awesome. Increased the weight on the sled for myself last week, really finding it a great workout for my knees lol.
