  3. I was hoping to go to the gym this morning, but my back is still saying no.

    Pain radiating down the opposite leg now.

    I was thinking that this might be related to the time I was MTBing through a forest, and fell off and snapped my collar bone. I fell on the right side, and if my lower back ever acts up, it always begins on that same side 🤔
