Salut,
Ça c'était mon kiosque la fds dernière. Nous étions 2 sculpteurs sur 60 artistes. Les autres étaient pour les murs. Au Québec, les arts visuels se résument souvent à une toile. Je crois il y a place à plus d'ouverture. Je me suis fait demander à quoi ça sert mes affaires 😆 j'ai dit: à rien. La personne est partie. Ça ne m'offusque pas... 🤣✌️Beaucoup de gens m'ont dit être très surpris de mon art. Je suis heureuse d'être tombé dans le côté 3D du bol de l'art.

Wowza! The nickel, sulfur #brown color pot was amazing! I believe Mike nailed the density I was looking for even with just one dip of #glass sandwiched between two clear dips of glass, its dense enough where the tube looks black without a phosphor backing or light shining through it.
The personal dark color pot is also amazing for recycling- I could throw my bits of color in the crack off bin (shedding off the cooling blowpipes) back in the furnace before dinner to have fully melted, streaky swirly glass after dinner! I saved most of the dense brown glass cleaning out the pot at the end of the night as color bars- the typical way we buy itI have another 50 pounds of #color base- and well over a hundred, 5 foot tubes. The lighter tan color tubes have silver in them. Mike mentioned silver nitrate may be needed for those. I wonder how much I would need for 50 pounds and if it would be safe to melt?
I pulled a flawless 50 footer today!

No homa is always nice fire (think moisture). At some point, we added a food item called "pancha kajjaaya" [Kannada] to the fire which caused much smoke. Teary eyes and coughs ensued, but everything smelled good.
(We added about 36 bowls of pancha kajjaaya to the fire.)
After the homa, we offered "puje" (service) to a clay idol of Ganesha. The puje was simple; not elaborate as it tends to be in the "plains" part of Karnataka.
