Some bonus #paleoart to throw coal on my reignited Mastodon fire: this is Callovosaurus, a Middle Jurassic (possible) dryosaurid from Britain, in front of various Bennettitales. I have a ton of new British dinosaur art to share, as I'm currently illustrating a book on this topic. If you'd like to see what's been produced so far, check out my Patreon:

(Once again, I'm indebted to @Palaeojules for plant references in this piece.)

Knowing that some good friends and colleagues still rate Mastodon, and with Meta's social media sites only getting worse, I figure it's time to start posting here again.

To kick things off, here's some recent #paleoart of the iconic #sauropod Cetiosaurus in a Jurassic landscape. All the plant recons are based on work by @Palaeojules. The composition is heavily indebted to a famous (non-palaeo) artwork.
