Do not disturb – I’m working in the garden – tote bag

This is a Scientist and Philosopher organic cotton bag of our hedgehog design with the wording “Do not disturb”, “I’m working in the garden” printed on it. The design is also available as an adult men’s and women’s styles and child size T-shirt.

Hedgehogs, certainly in the UK, are in decline. They are an integral part of a functioning ecosystem and you should welcome them into your garden as they love munching their way through slugs, snails and other pests. Unfortunately many people who put in modern fencing forget to cut a hole allowing the hedgehogs to move from one garden to the next. So talk to your neighbours about building a super hedgehog highway. (S&P)

Last year had success with a few bell pepper plants in a pot. This year, I ordered and planted a variety of sweet peppers, since we enjoyed them so much.

They aren't all sweet! A few have been quite spicy! Even son who likes spicy stuff says these have a lot of heat.
