  5. Late-winter light slips between evergreens in Janet Dyer's "A Path Through Snow."

I host this 12 by 12 original on the site alongside work by several other artists. Cool blues meet patches of ochre and a bright chartreuse, while birch trunks and clustered foliage give the scene its shape.

Where would you hang it—living room, hallway, or that sunny corner you pass every morning?

  10. Some photographs carry the feeling of a place long after the moment has passed.

"Cape Contrast" was made on Herring Cove Beach, where the water, sky, and shoreline were all shifting at once. I kept working through the change, and this frame ended up holding what I felt there.

I’m giving away an 7x12 print of this image, and I’d love for it to find the right wall.

  11. July lavender and amber bands climb a French hillside. "Uphill Fields" by Janet Dyer runs rows toward the crest, cool violets and flashes of warm ochre.

The fields feel ordered, the orange notes nudging the scene into something more spirited.

It fits well in a living room, office, or entryway, bringing restorative color without taking over the room.
