Not extra keys — extra power.

  6. alright. since I am using my home server more seriously, it desperately needed a ram upgrade. the original 8GB (2x4) are falling short...

also, I originally got the computer with a gtx560ti GPU, which linux kernel 6.5x (or so) no longer supports. given that I am running jellyfin, that means i haven't been able to use hardware transcoding.

    that ends today.

i just finished installing 32GB (4x8) RAM, and a RTX4060 GPU. bear in mind that the mobo is Sandy Bridge based, so there's a limit on which hardware I am able to use, yet for a home server it should get the job done.

  11. Your keyboard should work the way you think.

With the our keyboards, customization isn’t a feature — it’s the foundation.

    🔧 Remap every key
    ⚡ Create powerful macros
🧩 Add modules that fit your workflow
🎨 Tune the layout to match your style

Whether you’re coding, writing, designing, or just love peak efficiency, your keyboard should adapt to you — not the other way around.

Build it. Shape it. Make it yours.

  13. I've always been on the hunt to optimise my mobile workstation setup, ever since the Palm days. The #SamsungFold7 is the closest I've come to the 'one device' lifestyle. Still eyeing a lapdock, but the biggest hurdle?

  18. Tried the zsh shell for less than 30 seconds, and I'm already hooked! It's now my default shell across all my Linux setups—server, laptop, remote server, and WSL instances. I’m also using it with oh-my-posh and a few handy zsh plugins:

    • git
    • zsh-autosuggestions
    • zsh-syntax-highlighting
    • sudo
    • colorize
    • colored-man-pages
