Documentation says "Do not rely on wstunnel to protect your privacy, if it is one of your concerns, you should only forwards traffic that is already secure by design (ie: https or vpn traffic)".
Well, I use Wireguard, but I have no idea on how to get Wireguard working with this on Android because if you try to use wstunnel-gui-android then it just creates a SOCKS5 proxy server and WG Tunnel cannot connect to a SOCKS5 proxy. Is the only solution to use Termux? (Which is annoying to use on mobile, which is the main device I want to use a VPN connection in the first place!)

Da habt ihr eure „anonymisierung“ über VPN!
Ob die wohl wissen, was ein proxyserver ist? Oder was TOR ist? Die menschen, die sich aus dem einen oder anderen grund nicht überwachen, träcken und verdaten lassen wollen, wissen es ganz sicher. Und die menschen, die im laufenden krieg weiterhin die webseit des iranischen staatsfunks lesen wollen, statt sich zensieren zu lassen und auf die USArschkriecherische kriegsberichterstattung zurückgeworfen zu werden, auch. Die verwendung ist klicki-klicki-kinderleicht, schützt also insbesondere kinder vor euren totalitären überwachungsfantasien. 🤭️
Übrigens hätte ich zu einem VPN-anbieter erstmal überhaupt kein vertrauen. Der hat bei sich eine riesige datensammlung (oder kann sie vergleichsweise mühelos durch altmodisches wegschreiben von logdateien anlegen), die ganz schnell begehrlichkeiten der verfassungsfeinde aus der p’litik wecken wird. Wartet es nur ab!

Wait until governments discover that a #vpn is really just a router with encrypted traffic on it. Anyone remember a crypto called #orchid? And what is onion skin routing anyway? #Tor is what? We think in VPN Companies, but #Tor is just a protocol. Just like #mastodon is not a company per se, but is based on the #ActivityPub *protocol* The Onion Router is just a VPN *protocol* and encryption got out of the bag long ago with PGP. And there is #meshtastic.
