MX Linux 25.2 “Infinity” has been released with a new text-mode installer, updated Debian 13.5 packages, Linux 6.12 LTS kernels, and Liquorix 7.0 for AHS editions.

The release also improves rescue tooling, live system support, and brings back the Raspberry Pi Respin.

Mit Linux kann der Compi noch Jahre laufen.

Ich habe in den letuten Wochen mit MX 25 Linux totgesagte Computer wieder zum Laufen gebracht.

I have to try out the new version and then how well WINE works and for one of the online games I play. If it all goes well the laptop will be upgraded from Windows 10 to #mxlinux

Today I learned #BespokeSynth on #ArchLinux freezes when trying to save a project. After I force terminate the application, the save file dialog window appears. On #MXLinux I was able to get my music done though, so that's good!

@i_dabble #Debian is a rock solid OS. Meant for those who want predictability over the latest and greatest. It does come with a very small subset of Linux Kernels though. Off course one can always compile kernels on Debian.
