Ok #Fediverse. Would someone recommend an (android, light-weight, ideally #foss) app to write and playback simple sheet music?
I would use it to transcribe short music sequences (a bass riff, 2-3 bars of a melody,...) in the process of learning rythm notation. The playback is important to quickly check I transcribed correctly, but the sound quality can be crap.
I've seen some fairly complete apps, like Maestro, but I don't need that complexity.

Like, “if you’ve avoided updating so as not to install the Torment Nexus feature, please note this version definitely includes the Torment Nexus feature you didn’t want” ominous.
