Staying at a vacation rental with my family, and I've encountered a new kind of service. "Vacation Rental WiFi Marketing" provided by https://stayfi.com/
I gave them a fake name and a burner email, but sheesh what a racket. I'm sure it wouldn't be hard to fingerprint anyone during a few days stay regardless 😬
I'm sure the data harvested is worth way more to the company than to the rental provider $$$
Guess I'll go offline and read a book instead.
