Proof that "purist anti-AI" are toxic absolutists and their happiness lies on terrorizing people.
1. Not once in my entire life did I threaten anyone of doxing. You're not worth my time.
2. "Mistaken or malicious list"? I was mistaken to add them to "they blocked me first"?

AFP: Robots protest rampant AI in Poland. “Around 30 robots marched through Warsaw on Monday, waving flags and ‘chanting’ slogans as part of an unusual protest calling for greater regulation of artificial intelligence and protections for workers threatened by automation.”

Thank you to all 261 respondents! That's more than I expected.
The results were somewhat surprising! Goes to show that the masses aren't so easily predicted. Now, I think we all expected that the majority would be #AntiAI — we are on the #fediverse after all — and in this case that expectation was confirmed with 87% of respondents indicating that they avoid #AI.
I also expected that a minority would be #vegan or #vegetarian, but that we would see a larger share than we would expect outside of the fediverse. The share we saw was 36%, which is honestly more than I had expected.
The main reason I had run the poll in the first place was because I had expected that those people who were #noAI would be more likely to be vegan or vegetarian, and I wanted confirmation of this assumption. As it turns out, the opposite might be true! 34% of respondents who avoid AI are vegan or vegetarian, whereas 48% of respondents who don't avoid AI are vegan or vegetarian.
The reason I had expected some correlation between veganism/vegetarianism and avoidance of AI was that I figured that people who identify immorality in a normalised activity are more likely to identify immorality in other normalised activities. The results seem to suggest that there is little connection between people who avoid AI and those who avoid animal exploitation.
There is also the possibility that people who both are not vegan/vegetarian and don't avoid AI are less likely to respond to the poll at all, which could at least partly explain the discrepancy.
Still, I think it's safe to say that my assumptions were wrong. Please let me know what you expected, and whether those expectations were confirmed.
Thanks for playing,
