I was playing #CaptureTheFlag on #Luanti on the server https://jmaminetest.mooo.com:30001 and I was sniffing some AI-related stuff in game, like something called CloudAI after typing /help in chat.

After passing their Codeberg repo into Slopscan, my suspicions were confirmed.

This suprises me a lot. Oracle isn't a group I tend to think of as doing the right thing often, but check out the "OpenJDK Interim Policy on Generative AI".

The final policy remains to be seen, but what's up now is remarkably sensible.
