2) Commit the largest theft of data in the history of the world. #infosec
3) Execute the "Grover pledge", 'Make Government small enough to drag to the bathroom and drown in the bathtub'/Heritage foundation Project Fuck America.
It was enormously successful.
The "saving money" was just the picture on the box for stupid people.
