So I had to take Jennie with me this morning the doctor's office. She watched some anime on her phone while we waited. I watched the first episode of last season's Taskmaster.
So I was getting my foot wound treated. They had to debride the wound, that means cut away the dead or ill flesh so I'm left only with healthy flesh, then they wrapped it up, and then they gave me a air-cast which I have to wear for a couple of weeks. I also have to stay off the foot as much as possible. Afterwards I took Jennie to A&W for breakfast, bacon & Eggers and hash browns before I took her to school, I had to hobble into the main office to sign her in. Since then I've been in bed. Hello boredom!

50501 strongly condemns the transphobic policy positions espoused in Josh Turek’s campaign ad. We’re calling on @joshturek4iowa.bsky.social to stand with the trans community & attack the real threat to the safety of women & girls: the Trump administration’s cover-up of the Epstein trafficking ring.

Sklepy celowo wydłużają sezon zakupowy, a klienci reagują różnie: część kupuje wcześniej, część uważa to za zbyt wczesne i odbierające grudniowi klimat.
C) 🛒 Nie przeszkadza mi to, bo lubię kupować dekoracje z wyprzedzeniem.

The resistance around the world keeps growing. Brazil and Serbia are thousands of miles apart, but people in both countries are standing up to authoritarianism. They’ve shown us what can happen when people refuse to give up.

Chaos Storms gravitate towards Order. Two of my favorite stories, The Neverending Story and The Longest Journey, featured this, Chaos, The Nothing, etc. Many times I've attempted to find a quiet place to avoid Chaos. However, we need Chaos and Order in balance. The universe was born in Absolute Chaos and it will die in Absolute Order.
At W.L.Gore I would arrange the Styrofoam cups in even stacks. The agents of Chaos would mess them up simply because they knew it bothered me.
This has no point. Nearly a stream of consciousness thing.
Anyway, you may see more images today. -
