The horrific abuse of children now being exposed in the Epstein files includes these facts: The #ZorroRanch in #NewMexico was never searched, and is now believed to have the bodies of young victims buried there.

"Former New Mexico Gov. #BillRichardson, who was deeply involved in energy negotiations in Indian country, was in contact with Epstein for years. Richardson is among those named by one of the underage girls as being responsible for abusing her. She also named #PrinceAndrew.

"The United Nations is also included in the horrific scheme. #GhislaineMaxwell promoted her #TerraMar, a false front non-profit claiming to protect the oceans, during years of testimony at the U.N.

"The University of Arizona in Tucson was among those who received a grant from Epstein's Gratitude 'non-profit.'

"These are just a few of the facts being exposed in the millions of Epstein's files now being released.

"Gov. Richardson's involvement with energy in #IndianCountry was during the same years that #TexHall rose to so-called glory.

"Hall, the #EnergyCzar from #FortBerthold in #NorthDakota, headed the National Congress of American Indians, and brought in massive #OilAndGas wells to the Three Affiliated Tribes in North Dakota. Hall's business associate was later convicted in the two murders for hire of their other business partners.

"Hall and Gov. Richardson were energy czars in Indian country, during the years when Richardson served as New Mexico Governor and U.S. #EnergySecretary."

"Oglala Lakota President #FrankStarComesOut issued a Presidential Proclamation today banning both ICE and the U.S. Border Patrol from the Oglala Lakota Nation. The #OglalaSioux Tribal Council banned ICE, and rejected an agreement to work with immigration officials, on January 21.

"President Star Comes Out points out in the Proclamation today that the U.S. Border Patrol is working with ICE in its 'unlawful conduct against Native people in #Minneapolis' -- which is within the Aboriginal Territory of the Great Sioux Nation.

"Calling it 'egregious conduct,' the President's Proclamation states that ICE and the U.S. Border Patrol are targeting minorities throughout the United States, and Native people are being detained and injured, in violation of Treaties and civil rights."

" 'The four men are homeless and were living under the bridge near the #LittleEarth housing project. A bystander (also an #OglalaSioux Tribal Member) was able to get the information out of them that they are members of the Oglala Sioux Tribe but did not get names."

"The Oglala Lakota Nation in #PineRidge, South Dakota, issued a statement for Oglala to identify themselves as U.S. citizens and advised them to make this statement: 'Because I am both a tribal citizen and U.S. citizen, ICE has no lawful authority to detain me.'

"President Frank Star Comes Out pointed out that the Treaties affirm a nation-to-nation relationship with the United States, and advised Oglala not to speak without an attorney present.

"Oglala Sioux Tribal attorneys are reaching out to Minnesota Lt. Gov. #PeggyFlanagan about where the four Lakotas are being detained and what their names are. The Tribal Council and executive officers have also been informed, he said."

"Buried in Time: When the #TrailOfBrokenTreaties arrived in Washington and took over the BIA headquarters, the documents discovered in the BIA file cabinets altered the course of history. In the caravans from the west coast and northwest were activists from local #Indigenous frontline struggles, from #PitRiver, #SurvivalAmericanIndian, and #Alcatraz.

"The BIA documents exposed the secret plan of #Oglala Chairman #DickWilson to turn over one-eighth of tribal land over to the federal government for #UraniumMining. In the ton of documents taken away in a U-Haul, the documents showed proof of the sterilization of Native women by Indian Health Service doctors.

"And there was more.

"Hidden in these BIA files were the facts about the #WintersDoctrine, and the fact that #NativeAmerican Tribes are entitled to as much #water as they need. It is a fact that the BIA wanted hidden. Today, the states and federal government are attempting to do away with the water rights guaranteed in the Winters Doctrine with complex schemes and #WaterRights settlements.

"In the BIA files were documents showing #LandTheft and illegal leases of tribal lands across the country. Tribal members in the takeover took these back to their home communities.
