"The O’odham Way of Life is dismissed in waiving national protective laws, as was done with the 2006 Secure Fence Act Vehicle Barrier and the 2014 Arizona Border Surveillance Technology Plan.
"The Integrated Fixed Towers were constructed, destroying and removing ancient human remains and burial property, and blowing up hills and mountains of great cultural significance to the O’odham.
"Along the 62 miles of O’odham lands the #BorderPatrol has been using military fear tactics on the people, and all their activities are unmonitored.
"Because he spoke out about border patrol and tribal police corruption, unarmed hereditary ceremony leader #RaymondMattia Sr was shot and killed by United States military called the border patrol along with a non-American Indian Tohono O’odham Nation Police Officer.
"Thirty-eight (38) bullets were shot at Ray, eleven (11) bullets hit his body as Ray stood unarmed in front of his house. Their brutal Excessive Force attack on a dying man is recorded in the Tucson Medical Examiners Report as blunt force trauma, his body marked by rifle butts, with cuts on his head, his nose and face, broken 12th rib and broken right arm.
"The border patrol officers, Scott Whitehouse, Dan Sifuentes and Ivan Torralva, and Tohono O’odham tribal police Cedric Randle, were not charged for killing Ray."

WASHINGTON (AP) — "Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested 10,000 people over a five-day period at the end of June, marking a major push by the agency tasked with carrying out the Trump administration’s mass deportations agenda.
"The arrest numbers, obtained from a person familiar with the information who spoke anonymously to discuss data that has not been publicly released, comes after the agency shifted its approach from high-profile arrest sweeps in major American cities to quieter ways to reach President Donald Trump’s deportation goals.
"The figures indicate that while the administration is no longer cracking down on individual cities, the arrests continue and are surging.
"The total number of arrests during the five-day period starting Friday and ending Tuesday translates into roughly 2,000 arrests per day. It was not clear where the arrests had taken place.
"The spike in arrests was first reported by The New York Times.
“Since Day One, DHS law enforcement has been delivering on President Trump’s promise to the American people to arrest and deport criminal illegal aliens including murderers, rapists, pedophiles [START WITH THE WHITE HOUSE!!!], gang members [#NeoNazis?], and terrorists [Blackwater?],” said the Department of Homeland Security in a statement. 'Our message is clear: if you come to our country illegally, we will find you, we will arrest you, and we will deport you.'

WASHINGTON (AP) — "Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested 10,000 people over a five-day period at the end of June, marking a major push by the agency tasked with carrying out the Trump administration’s mass deportations agenda.
"The arrest numbers, obtained from a person familiar with the information who spoke anonymously to discuss data that has not been publicly released, comes after the agency shifted its approach from high-profile arrest sweeps in major American cities to quieter ways to reach President Donald Trump’s deportation goals.
"The figures indicate that while the administration is no longer cracking down on individual cities, the arrests continue and are surging.
"The total number of arrests during the five-day period starting Friday and ending Tuesday translates into roughly 2,000 arrests per day. It was not clear where the arrests had taken place.
"The spike in arrests was first reported by The New York Times.
“Since Day One, DHS law enforcement has been delivering on President Trump’s promise to the American people to arrest and deport criminal illegal aliens including murderers, rapists, pedophiles [START WITH THE WHITE HOUSE!!!], gang members [#NeoNazis?], and terrorists [Blackwater?],” said the Department of Homeland Security in a statement. "But three men who were inside the vehicle with Araujo dispute that account, saying the encounter unfolded differently and that officers were not in the path of the vehicle when shots were fired.
"The conflicting accounts have turned the shooting into another test of transparency and accountability surrounding federal immigration enforcement. The witnesses’ attorney has said their statements contradict the government’s description of the encounter, while officials have maintained that the agent acted in response to a threat, despite reports that #Araujo was not the person ICE was searching for.
"The case is also drawing attention because the witnesses themselves are now part of the immigration enforcement system. The men who were in the vehicle have disputed the official narrative while facing their own potential immigration consequences, raising questions about how investigations involving undocumented witnesses are conducted and whether those witnesses can safely participate.

"ICE officials said #LorenzoSalgadoAraujo, a 52-year-old Mexican national, was shot after he allegedly used his vehicle as a weapon during an enforcement operation.
