A video recorded at a gas station in Lake Worth, Florida, shows an ICE/Border Patrol demanding ID from a U.S. citizen. When the citizen asks why, the agent responds, "Because you're an immigrant." Before even verifying his identity, fascists grab his hands and place him in handcuffs. Bystanders immediately step in to question how someone can be arrested without even being identified first, but the fascists ignore them and walk the man to their vehicle.
This encounter highlights a direct violation of the Fourth Amendment, which protects individuals from unreasonable searches and seizures.
