To me, it is a welcome addition to the idea that, on its own, #BeSci can't save the world. #Nudges are fine but need to be in their right context.
This means balancing then against other levers of change, eg policy, legislation, restrictions etc.

My understanding of their results: nudges increase beneficial behaviors but also may decrease welfare, because they increase the variance of distortions.
