I walked out with 4 new appointments for tests etc, possible medications in the future, but nothing new for immediately.
- new sibo test. I dread to hear that I have to do the full diet again, but I'm not eating normally and I'm bloated constantly.
- glucose monitor. You know those thingies that people with diabetes wear on their arm? I'm also going to get one (I think). So this is not only for diabetes but also for other metabolic issues.
- vagus nerve stimulation machine session. or something. And then if it works well I take the machine home with me.
- blood test duh of course why not.
We discussed the option of glp-1 medication. That's the ozempic type of shit. Apparently it also has anti-inflammatory properties so that's interesting actually. Too bad it's such a contentious topic.
