I said I don't care about weight loss or weight gain, my quality of life is so bad, that's the only thing I care about.

Him: if you lose weight it will be fat tissue and muscle tissue. Then, if you stop taking it, you'll gain that weight again, but it will be fat tissue only. Unless you exercise, which you can't.

- glucose monitor. You know those thingies that people with diabetes wear on their arm? I'm also going to get one (I think). So this is not only for diabetes but also for other metabolic issues.
- vagus nerve stimulation machine session. or something. And then if it works well I take the machine home with me.
- blood test duh of course why not.
We discussed the option of glp-1 medication. That's the ozempic type of shit. Apparently it also has anti-inflammatory properties so that's interesting actually. Too bad it's such a contentious topic.
