Ukentlig dose av #ozempic (diabetesmedisin).Eneste problemet hittil har vært å sørge for at kjøleskapet ikke fryser. Kan også oppbevares utenfor ved høyst 30C - ingen fare for så høye temperaturer lenger.

Update on the Ozempic side-effect situation. Doing way better emotionally. Sleeping soundly now, and only the rare short panic attack or depressive mood. Appetite is back, though not excessively so, meaning eating two or three small meals a day isn't a challenge. I'm still not tasting and enjoying food the way I'd like to, and I suspect my ability to enjoy things in general is still slightly diminished. Hopefully this will clear as time passes.

My appetite is increasing, but I'm still only eating small meals (often not much more than snacks) and that may be causing the occasional incidents of low blood glucose. But I'm on top of those, so so far, so good.

The last few weeks I've been suffering from disruptive anxiety attacks that are making me miserable during the day, and keeping me from sleeping at night. And I have come to suspect that this is an Ozempic side-effect, as it's going along with several other "definitely Ozempicf" effects such as disinterest in food and suppressed bowel movements. Talking to my doctor about dropping dosage or switching to another GLP-1 drug.
