My morning #juice contains a local-grown carrot & parsnip, and red & green cabbage, as well as turmeric root, organic celery, red raspberries, a mandarin orange, fresh peppermint and a little piece of mango. #juicing is satisfying — both the activity and the consumption — without bloat, but all of the #nutrition of these many real, complete #foods.
