Por enésima vez, el Tribunal Electoral de la Ciudad de México (TECDMX) revocó la resolución IECM/RS-CG-01/2026, y le ordenó a éste organismo dar por válida e idónea la documentación presentada por la diputada Arias Contreras y reconocerla como presidente del PRD ciudad de México.
El fin de semana, el Tribunal Electoral, por unanimidad, le ordena al IECM “realizar el registro de los integrantes de los órganos internos del PRD capitalino que correspondan”.
Ya no hay argumentos para más dilación.
El TECDMX también ordenó dar vista al Servicio de Administración Tributaria, remitiéndole copia certificada de la presente resolución en la que “se determina que Nora del Carmen Bárbara Arias Contreras contaba (y cuenta) con legitimación y personalidad para realizar el trámite ante esa autoridad hacendaria”.
A manera de ultimátum, el Tribunal Electoral emplazó a que “todo lo ordenado al IECDMX deberá realizarse dentro de 10 días hábiles, contados a partir de la notificación de la presente ejecutoria”.
En plenitud de jurisdicción, o sea, la facultad amplia de un órgano jurisdiccional para resolver de fondo una controversia, el Tribunal Electoral de la Ciudad de México, “determina la validez de los documentos básicos y sus modificaciones presentadas”, es decir que “son correctas las subsanaciones” que realizó el partido político para cumplir con las observaciones formuladas por el Instituto Electoral, respecto del Programa de Acción, Declaración de Principios y los Estatutos.
PURO “SHOW” LO DE ROJO DE LA VEGA: MORENA
Un show con golpes reales. Alessandra Rojo de la Vega, alcaldesa de la Cuauhtémoc, denunció una agresión en su contra y de su personal, el viernes 13 de febrero mientras realizaba un operativo de reordenamiento del comercio en San Cosme, colonia San Rafael de la ciudad de México.
Imágenes de ese hecho circularon en Internet que revelan lo sucedido ese día.
Este domingo, durante la conferencia La Chilanguera, el grupo parlamentario de Morena del Congreso de la ciudad de México, respondió con otro video que muestran un allanamiento sin orden judicial de la alcaldesa de Cuauhtémoc a oficinas de comerciantes populares.
El diputado Paulo Emilio García exhibió cómo Rojo de la Vega “no busca el reordenamiento de la vida pública, sino criminalizar y armar un show en venganza política: “No se entiende esto sin las denuncias contra la corrupción que han levantado nuestras compañeras diputadas. Quieren cuadrar una visión política, no de ordenamiento”.
En la conferencia de este lunes, la presidente Claudia Sheinbaum también calificó como un “show” la reacción de la alcaldesa Alessandra Rojo de la Vega tras las agresiones reportadas durante un operativo de reordenamiento del comercio en San Cosme.
La titular del Ejecutivo federal destacó que “no se hace show de eso; se trabaja, se hacen mesas de trabajo, se hace diálogo, aunque (reconoce) siempre hay sus complicaciones en el ordenamiento. Yo creo que la política y el ejercicio de gobierno tienen que ver con la comunicación y con la acción, con el pensamiento, con una visión”.
Los antecedentes:
Todo comenzó el reciente 6 de febrero cuando la Alcaldía Cuauhtémoc envió un “oficio provocador” a la diputada Diana Sánchez Barrios exigiéndole demostrar permisos de los comerciantes de San Cosme, a lo cual respondió que ella no ostenta ningún cargo en la organización Pro Diana.
Seis días después (12 de febrero), 16:30 hrs: Personal de la Alcaldía, encabezado por Erika Rodríguez y Esteban Velázquez, retira a 25 comerciantes sin previo aviso. Decomisan mercancía valuada en miles de pesos, pero solo registran en boleta artículos menores.
Al día siguiente, viernes 13, el gobierno capitalino convoca a una mesa de trabajo para mediar, pero nadie de la Alcaldía Cuauhtémoc se presenta. Los comerciantes explicaron que fueron reubicados en San Cosme hace año y medio por acuerdo con el alcalde interino Raúl Ortega para liberar el túnel Génova.
El caso es que cuando aparentemente todo estaba en calma, según Morena, Alessandra regresa con un operativo policiaco para “buscar criminales”. Cámaras de seguridad captan a personal de la Alcaldía allanando oficinas de Pro Diana sin orden judicial.
Se hace un live (transmisión en vivo) criminalizando a los comerciantes y usurpando funciones. Esto dio como resultado que 12 comerciantes presentaran denuncias ante la Fiscalía por lesiones, abuso de autoridad, amenazas, discriminación y robo de mercancías.
Cuestionada durante La Chilanguera, la diputada Diana Sánchez Barrios respondió que ella (Rojo de la Vega) quería confrontar; los comerciantes populares querían trabajar. La alcaldesa hasta los llamó “criminales”. La Diputada se mostró en la mejor disposición de facilitar negociaciones con los comerciantes y la Alcaldía.
Según revelaron, el operativo de la Cuauhtémoc tuvo dos objetivos: vengarse por la denuncia de simulación de licitaciones donde se entregaron 97 millones de pesos al Grupo Meor; y continuar con la gentrificación “para entregar Cuauhtémoc a conglomerados inmobiliarios”.
¿MARX EL REBELDE TENDRÁ CABIDA EN LA 4T?
Sobre el caso de Marx Arriaga, en el que reconoce que hubo desencuentros, la presidente Claudia Sheinbaum señaló: “Nos pusimos de acuerdo para que en los libros de texto se incorporara a las mujeres en la historia. Marx Arriaga no estaba de acuerdo en las modificaciones, pero…“los libros de texto no son patrimonio de una persona”. Así, o más claro.
MES DEL CÁNCER INFANTIL: RITA OCAMPO
El Monumento a la Revolución fue el escenario en donde la Asociación Civil Movimiento Nueva Aztlán, presidida por Rita Cecilia Contreras Ocampo, realizó el Tapatón y Trenzatón 2026, en la cual se recolectó, en un solo día, el máximo histórico de 2 toneladas 200 kilos de tapitas de plástico y 80 trenzas de cabello de 30 centímetros, que fueron donadas al Banco de Tapitas A. C., para contribuir al tratamiento de niños y niñas con cáncer infantil.
Vecinos de diversas colonias de la alcaldía Cuauhtémoc y de la ciudad de México llegaron al Monumento a la Revolución con bolsas de plástico y garrafones llenos de tapitas de plástico.
Presentes en el lugar, simpatizantes y personal de Nueva Aztlán, así como de las Fundaciones Banco de Tapitas y Rapunsel, cuyo personal hizo corte de cabello de las mujeres que donaron sus trenzas para el noble objetivo de ayudar a los infantes que sufren de cáncer.
La dirigente Rita Cecilia Contreras Ocampo informó que con las donaciones que ha hecho Movimiento Nueva Aztlán se han realizado alrededor de 200 tratamientos de quimioterapia para niñas y niños.

CW: Diabetes Request to share experiences with semaglutide
My #endocrinologist still can't make up their mind whether I have #diabetes type 1 or type 2 because #COVID19 gave me diabetes. They switched me from #insulin to #metformin and it's working pretty well. They plan to add some #glp1 agonist at some point down the road. Not sure about that though. I know that both insulin and #Semaglutid are hormons that are native to the body. But I just feel (maybe irrational) apprehension towards drugs like #ozempic. Any fellow #diabetic got some experiences to share?

Last week, I had another check-up by our company physician.(*)
The _last_ one, three years ago, ended very dramatically - the physician called me the next day and told me that my blood sugar values were so high that I should check in with a clinic _right now_.
I did so, stayed there for two nights(**), got some #insulin injections, got out, had a few further medical checkups, and took #metformin for a year.
I also had a few appointments with a nutritionist who explained a few things to me. I then made a few changes to my diet and my exercise habits.
After that year had passed, my blood sugar levels were low enough that my #diabetes could be considered in full remission, and I stopped taking the pills - although I still check my blood sugar values regularly.
I didn't get my full evaluation yet. However, I did learn that my eyesight is a lot better than three years ago - back then, I was told that I shouldn't drive without glasses (which was easy to do, since I don't drive cars anyway). Now I have full vision again at both long and intermediate ranges, although I need reading glasses on short distances (which I already knew).
So while it's not always possible to control all aspects of one's health, I _am_ pretty glad I managed to control _this_ one.
(*) For the record, I live in a country where it is illegal for my employer to know any medical details about me other than the minimum necessary - such as "This person is sick, and cannot come to work this week". So while this physician was hired by our company to do these (voluntary) checkups, he does maintain patient confidentiality.
(**) Total out-of-pocket costs: €30, plus another €15 for WLAN access.

Don't let the dire-sounding headline confuse you. This all sounds like good news (I've been taking the stuff for about at least eight years now). The stuff still works, and the possible side effects discussed are GOOD and make more sense now.
